Dear Mr. Bowling:
By letter dated July 1,1998, the Commission authorized relief requests for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2, from the visual examinations and functional testing requirements for snubbers and the requirement to develop a replacement plan when removing pressure relief valves for testing for RR-89-19 and RR-89-20, respectively.
Dust to an adminishative oversight, the last two lines of the last paragraph from the first page of tha cover letter were inadvertently omittei Enclosed is the corrected first page of the July 1, 1998, letter. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
