Hatch Nuclear Plant,' Units l' and 2, SAFER /GESTR-H LOCA Loss-of-Coolant Accident Analysis," NEDC-31376P, December 1986,~and-requested that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. 1 You also submitted an affidavit from General Electric' dated August 24v1987.. You stated trat the submitted information should be co'nsidered exempt from mandatory putlic disclosure. for the following reasons: 1. The information is of a type which is customarily held in confidence by General Electric. 2. The information has consistently been held in confidence'by General 1 Electric. 1 3. No public disclosure has been made. 1 4. The information is not available in public sources. 5. Public disclosure of the information is likely to cause substantial harm to the competitive position of General Electric. We have reviewed your application 'and the material based on' the requirements and criteria of 10 CFR 2.790 and, on the basis of. General Electric's statements, have determined.that the. submitted information sought.to be withheld contains 1 trade secrets or proprietary commercial infonnation.- ] -1 Therefore,the"EdwinI.HatchNuclearPlant, Units 1and2, SAFER /GESTR-LOCAL Lj Loss-of-Coolant Accident Analysis," NEDC-31376P,.
