As a result of a September 10, 1987 meeting with your staff regarding the Lcurenceville, Illinois earthquake, the NRC has determined the need for some i
additional infomation in order to complete its review.
Enclosed are our questions regarding the September 10, 1987 meeting.
Please reply within 30 days of receipt of this letter.. Currently, the NRC staff still plans a site visit in November 1987 to discuss your answers to these questions and i
l walk through the plant.
If you have any questions or comments regarding these questions, please call Janice Stevens of my staff at (301) 492-4993.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
