This letter is provided in response to the inspection conducted by Messrs.
L. R. Norderhaug and D. W. Schaefer on Au 18,.1987.
Based on the results of the inspection, one (1) gust 26 - September violation of NRC requirements was identified. The violation is discussed in Appendix A, of the referenced letter.
This violation and ANPP's response are provided in Attachinent 1.
