SUBJECT: REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT No. 50-423/87-23 (0L)
On June 12, July 31 and September 4, 1987, the NRC administered requalification
examinations to employees of your company who operate the Millstone 3 Nuclear
Power Station. At the conclusion of the examinations on' September 4, generic
findings that evolved as a result of the examinations were discussed with those
members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this
letter and the enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
