50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN)-- TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 87-42 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, we are enclosing a requested amendment ~to licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the technical specifications of SQN-units 1 and 2.
The proposed change adds three active motor-operated valves (MOVs)
- to table 3.8-2:(units.1 and 2),'which were previously omttted.
The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1.
The
'I justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in-l
-enclosure 2. 'A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration-l performed pursuant to.10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
Enclosed is a' check for the $150 amendment application fee required by
- 10 CFR 170.12.
