The proposed change adds three active motor-operated valves (MOVs)

to table 3.8-2:(units.1 and 2),'which were previously omttted.

The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1. The 'I justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in- l

-enclosure 2. 'A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration-  !

l performed pursuant to.10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a' check for the $150 amendment application fee required by

10 CFR 170.12.
