Dear Sir,
You recently received a copy of the "Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts l Communities". At our news conference on September 21, 1987, announcing the sub- ) mittal of the Plan to the NRC, I asked that before any group or individual i begins criticizing our plan for Massachusetts, you take the time to read it, ask l questions and then make your judgement. I want to assure you that New Hampshire Yankee intends to have your questions addressed. I invite you to send your questions to me for a written response or if you prefer, I will have a New Hampshire Yankee representative meet with you to discuss your questions. Please send your questions with your return address to: a Mr. E.A. Brown President New Hampshire Yankee PO Box 300 Seabrook, NH 03874 I believe that when your questions are addressed, you will agree that the Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Communities does provide the means to protect the health and safety of the citizens of the Massachusetts communities near Seabrook Station. Very truly yours, = E.A. Brown 8711170031 871103 ADOCK OSO g 3 DR 4/ New Hampshire Yankee Division of Public Service of New Hampshire P.O. Box 300 Seabrook, NH 03874 Telephone (603) 474-9521 g 1
