The NRC staff is reviewing your response to Generic Letter (GL) 86-10,
" Implementation of Fire Protection Requirements," dated March 31, 1987, and finds that your amendment request does not cortply with GL 86-10.
Enclosed are the NRC staff's comments detailing what is necessary for your request to comply with GL 86-10.
This request is covered by Office of Management and Budget Clearance Number 3150-0011 which expires September 30, 1989.
