Dear Mr. Murley:
Reference (a) provided Commonwealth Edison's schedule for implementation of NUREG-0737, supplement I requirements related to the Safety Parameter Display System (SPDS).
This letter provides the
" Commonwealth Edison Company Final Summary Report of the Human Factors Engineering Review for the Byron and Braidwood Station's Safety Parameter Display System" in response to the commitments made in reference (a).
Specifically, the report summarizes the review methodology, findings, disposition and proposed schedule for implementation of respective corrective actions resulting from the Human Factors Engineering review.
