- Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555 Re: F,scilite Operating License No. NPF-69 Reference is made to the Corporation's Application to the Commission, dated April 8, 1998, seeking the consent of the Commission to transfer control over Applicant's interest in the above-referenced license to a holding company to be formed over Applicant.
Pursuant to a request from the NRC, Applicant hereby supplements said Application as follows:
" Central findson Gas & Electric Corporation (Applicant) agrees to provide the Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, a copy _
of any application, at the time it is filed, to transfer (excluding grants of security interests ofliens) from Applicant to its proposed parent, or to any other affiliated company, facilities for the production, transmission, or distribution of electric energy having a depreciated book value exceeding ten percent (10%) of applicant's consolidated net utility plant as recorded on Applicant's book of accounts."
