This letter confirms the dates of November 2-6, 1987 and November 16-20, 1987,

for the NRC equipment qualification (EQ) inspection at Farley Units 1 and 2.
]
This letter also revises our previous letter to you on this same subject dated j
October 9, 1987, in which we stated that the inspection would only be conducted during tne week of November 16-20, 1987.
The inspection has been expanded to allow more time for plant walkdowns and review of your corrective actions for EQ deficiencies.
Management entrance meetings are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on' November 2 and i
November 16, 1987, with an interim management exit meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on November 6,1987 and a final exit meeting scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on i
November 20, 1987.
Plant walkdown inspections are planned for November 3-5,
)
1987, and the team will require escorted services by knowledgeable EQ personnel of your organization during these walkdowns.
The week of November 16, 1987 is scheduled for continued file reviews, programmatic reviev, and the final exit.
4 For the entrance meeting on Monday November 16, 1987, the inspection team request that you provide a presentation of your EQ program and the status of program implementation.
The enclosure gives the names, social security numbers and clearances of the NRC inspection team that will participate in the EQ walkdowns during November 2-6, 1987.
