- 1987, letter transmitting the scenario / controller package for the Plant Hatch exercise scheduled for j
December 8, 1987.
As discussed between E. M. Howard of your staff, and Mr. T. R. Decker, we do not plan to conduct an inspection of your exercise proceedings.
Rather, the annual exercise will be observed to assist in the i
evaluation of the capability of your Emergency Response Facilities (ERFs) to J
support the emergency managers.
We have previously provided your organization a copy of Draft Inspection Procedure 82412, " Emergency Response Facilities Evaluation," which will be used as the basis for the NRC inspection conducted the week of your annual exercise.,
