This letter torwards our Restart issues List for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. The Restart
. Issues List, which was developed in accordance with NRC Inspection Manual Chapter (MC) 0350, " Staff Guidelines for Restart Approval," specifies the items that tbc NRC considers as necessary to be addressed prior to plant restart. The items in the Restart issues List will be reviewed prior to plant restart.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.

345kV Breaker 34562 opened and closed many times starting at about 2040 on 6/25.

The #1EDG did not start from the control room at 2044 on 6/25. The #1 EDG l
did respond to a local manual start at 2046 on l
