He are pleased that the NRC's SALP report, Reference (b), acknowledged that our overall performance has continued to improve.

He are particularly pleased that you rated us Category 1 in five out of nine areas.

He plan to continue our efforts for improvement, focusing on those areas which you rated as Category 2.
