Sealed Source Safety Section The Model NCPM Coal Pipe Monitor was assembled by the New England Nuclear (NEN).
- Corporation and distributed by Merrick-Scale Manufacturing. Merrick-Scale's materials's license i.
-(29-10816-03) expired on September 30,1983. I had tried contacting the company but apparently it is no longer in business.
The background files were relatively complete except they were missing many of the NEN
- drawings that were~ reference by NEN/Merrick-Scale letters. I contacted Dupont Merck
. (formerly NEN) and requested copies of the missing drawing. - I received, by fax from Dupont
- Merck, all the missing drawing, but one (Isodistance Profiles).
Installation, relocation, repair, testing and servicing was performed by John Potter Associates until Novemb6r 8,1991, when they terminated their material's license (29-14814-01). As of the effective date of this registration certificate, this company apparently is no longer in business, either.
Therefore, we have transferred registration certificate NR-452-D-101-S to inactive status. The -
l" registration number of the certificate has been changed to NR-8098-D-801-S. This action is l
necessary for administration purposes.
