office on September 29, 1987 through October 2, 1987, of activities l

authorized by NRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-134, and to the discussion -J

of our findings held by Mr. M. J. Royack with Mr. B. A. Holmberg and other

members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
