Based on the results of this: inspection, it ap' pears that an activity was'not  !

conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as. set forth in'the Notice 1

~o f Violation, enclosed as Appendix A. This violation involves factory *

-miswiring.of panel-.P-618 for the core spray-system. The violation has been

categorized by severity' level.in accordance with the NRC Enforcement policy (10

CFR'2,:AppendixC)..

A' response to this report is required by 10 CFR '2.201. Please follow the

instructions' in Appendix A'in the preparation of your response. The response ,

directed by Appendix A,' Notice of Violation, is not subject' to the. clearance  !

procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork i

Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
