the conclusion of the inspection.

The enclosed copy'of our inspection report identifies areas examined during.

the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of_a selective

examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and

interviews with personnel.

During this inspection, one of your activities appeared to be in violation of
NRC requirements, as specified in the enclosed Notice.
A written response is
required.
Although the inspection determined that you have implemented a program to' meet-
the requirements of 10 CFR 50.49, two significant deficiencies in the program
implementation were observed.
These findings are classified as Potential
,

Enforcement / Unresolved Items and an ongoing NRC review is being performed
to evaluate these findings in regard to possible. future enforcement action.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations', a copy-
of this letter,'the enclosures, and your response to this letter will be
