PNS-76-59 This preliminary notification constitutes EARLY notice of events of POSSIBLE national security or public interest significance.
The information presented is as initially received without verification or evaluation and is basically all that is known by IE staff as of this date.

Subject:
BOMB THREATS Two bomb threats were received at the security guard house. Both were identified as coming from adult males and were received at 10:00 p.m.
on 10/6 and at 1:00 a.m. on 10/7/76. The first caller stated that a bomb was going to go off.
The second caller stated that a bomb would m*=
go off at 1:10 a.m.
A search was initiated following each call and nothing was found.
Local and state law enforcement officials were notified, along with C
j the FBI. Nine similar bomb threats have been received at the North

Anna Station in 1976.
Stone and Webster and VEPCO are meeting today to discuss this problem.
