This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. M. Wilder of your staff and Mr. E. Lea, of this office concerning a management meeting requested by you.

The purpose of this meeting is for you to provide information on recent diesel generator issues at your McGuire Nuclear Station. The location of the meeting will be in the Region II office. 61 Forsyth Street. S.W., Suite 24T25.
