.(WPS) be examinea by either radiographic or ultrasonic testing.

Contrary to' the ab'ove, welds prepared to qualify WPS CP202, Revision 1 were not examined by.either radiographic or ultrasonic testing. (87-01-02)

2. Criterion XVIII of Appen' dix B to 10.CFR 50 states in part "A comprehensive .

system of ' planned and periodic audits;shall be carried out to. verify compliance with all aspects of the qud11ty assurance program and to determine the effectiveness of the progrem.;" , l Paragraph 19.1 of the FEC quality assurance manual states ird part; "To e verify the effectiveness 'of the internal QA program, the.QA managcr is  !

responsible.to coordinate an internal audit. This audit will be j performed annually assuming..that there is a representative sample." .
