Frank Electric Corporation NOTICE OF VIOLATION

~As a result of the inspection conducted on April ~20-23, 1987, and in accordance with Section 206 of-the Energy, Reorganization Act of 1974 and its implementing regulation 10 CFR Part 21,'the following violation was identified and c categorized'in accordance with the NRC Enforcement Policy (10 CFR Part 2,.

Appendix C), 49 FR 8583 (March 8, 1984):

A. Section 21.21 of 10 CFR Part 21, cated January 1, 1987, states, in part:

"Each individual,. corporation, partnership or other entity subject to the regulations in this part shall ado for-(i) evaluating deviations or (pt appropriate ii)' informing the procedures licensee or purchaser to (1) provide of the deviation to be evaluated unless the^ deviation has been corrected."

Contrary to the above, Frank. Electric Corporation did not develop a procedure to provide for evaluating deviations or informing the purchaser of their electrical panels of'the deviation to be evaluated.
