Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. H. L. Scott accompanied by Mr.
B. Murray, of this office during the period July 6-10, 1987, of activities
authorized by NRC Operating License DPR-46 for Cooper Nuclear Station, and to
the discussion of our findings with Mr. G. R. Horn and other members of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection included portions of the radiation
protection program.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with
}
persannel, and observations by the NRC inspector.
The inspection findings are
documented in the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.
