We have received a copy of your application dated June 25,1987, which was filed with the Office of Nur.i.ar Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
This application requested approval of Revision 2 of the Vogtle Nuclear Plant Unit No.1 Inservice Testing Program.
The fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your appli-cation. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the applica-tion fee of $150 for your June 25 request.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance I
with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
