Oconee Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-269, -270, -287 Oconee Security Plan - Revision 21 Date6 October 22, 1987 Pursuant to 10CFR50.54)(p), please find attached the signed original and three (3) copies of Revision 21, to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
Based' on conversations between personnel of NRC/ Region II staff and my staff, Revision 21 was developed to address several clarifications, deletions and additions within the plan.
Specific plan changes are addressed in the attachment.
Revision 21 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan.
This material is applicable to the security provisions at Oconee Nuclear Station; therefore, Duke requests that this material be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR73.21.
