Recent discussions that I have had with Mr. Stier show that his continued investigation has not identified anything that would change the basic findings of his preliminary report and in
'i particular his conclusion that "The evidence we have obtained to date also establishes that when management personnel above the level of "B" shif t learned of the conduct that had occurred on "B" shift, they acted promptly to investigate and report the circumstances to their superiors-and to the NRC."
