1. Introduction and Summary This repon, which supplements the Supplemental Reloadlicensing Report, contains maximum average pla-nar linear heat generation rate (MAPLHGR) values for the GE Nuclear Energy fuel designs to be loaded into Hope Creek Generating Station for Cycle 8. These MAPLHGR values are a composite of results obtained from both thermal-mechanical and emergency core cooling system (ECCS) considerations. Approved GE Nuclear Energy calculation models documented in Reference 1 were used in performing this analysis.

MAPLHGR values as a function of exposure for each lattice of the fuel design are given in Appendix A. Peti clad temperatures (PCT) and oxidation fractions are also documented.

Appendix B contains descriptions of the fuel bundles. Table B-1 contains a summary of bundle-specific in-formation, and the figures provide the enrichment distribution and gadolinium distribution for the fuel bundles included in this appendix. These fuel bundles are included in Reference 2 (latest revision).
