Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report i
San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 l
-The purpose of this letter is to provide the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent
. Release Report required by Technical Specification (TS) Sections 6.9.1.8 and 6.9.1.9 for the period January 1 through June 30, 1989. Revision 5 to the Unit I Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM), which was implemented during the period, is included in this report.
Revision 20 to the Units 2 and 3 ODCM was included in the April 1989 Monthly Operating Report as required by Section i
6.9.1.10'of the Units 2 and 3 TS. This report also includes a description of i
and the rationale for the changes made to the Units 1, 2 and 3 Process Control i
Program (PCP).
During this reporting period, no major changes were made to the radioactive waste treatment systems for Units 1, 2 and 3.
