l R. M. Bellamy' to the position of General Manager, Quality Assurance.
He succeeds. Mr.

Read, who accepted the position of Plant Support l
Mar:sger of Georgia Power's Plant Hatch.
From September 1986 to June 1987, Mr. Bellamy served as Plant Support Manager at Plant Vogtle, responsible for engineering ' and other support functions.
He came to Georgia Power ' Company in 1970 as a cooperative education student, and upon his college graduation. in 1975 with a degree in electrical engineering, he began work at Plant Hatch.
In his new position he has responsibility for' quality assurance activities for Plant Hatch and Plant Vogtle.and reports directly to Mr.
H. G. Baker, senior executive vice president.
