The enclosed safety evaluation contains an assessment of the onsite Rancho Seco Meteorological Program. We find that the proposed meteorology related modifications satisfy commitments made to the'NRC staff to upgrade the proor m.
Our Regional.0ffice will verify that the modifications, as proposed, are comp.leted prior to restart. According to our records, the only remaining issue relating.
to onsite meteorology which you committed to complete prior to restart involves the submittal cf proposed technical specifications addressing meteorological requirements.
