By: letter dated July 2, 1987, we acknowledged your May 18, 1987, . response to
our Notice of . Violation' issued on April 17,1987, . concerning activities
conducted at your Vogtle facility.- It has been brought to our attention that
we neglected to address your: comment regarding the assignment of the severity
category of the. violation.
We have reviewed your response.and concluded that
you have 1not provided .any' additional information nor any justification for
your ' comment. that the violation would ' be more appropriately classified. as a
- Severity Level , V.
We have -concluded, therefore ' that the violation is
" appropriately classified as a Severity Level IV..
