inspection of materf a1 ' certifications was' conducted during February 27 through'

March 3,1989, in the Region IV office regarding the high pressure injection
-modification activities-

Areas examined during the inspection' included ' modifications to the Unit l'high
l
l.
pressure' injection system and repair..to the. Unit 2 refueling water' tank.
l
Within these areas,-the inspection consisted of selective examination of
l
procedures and representative records, interviews with pe'rsonnel, and'

observations by the NRC inspector. The inspection findings-are documented.in
d
the enclosed inspection report.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were'
identified.
l
Two new unresolved items are identified in' paragraph 2 of the enclosed

inspection report.
