Dear Sir:
Philadelphia Electric Company submitted Revision 55 of the Limerick Generating Station Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) on November 1, 1988 in 1
accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.71(e).; Included in Revision 55 of the FSAR, as required by 10CFR 50.54(a)(3), was a revision to the Quality:
'asuranae (QA) Progr "n Des ;ription, which was mi.rked to show che..de. to' ' ne Program Description by a bar in the left hand margin. The changes to the QA Program Description do not reduce the commitments in the previously accepted' Program Description.
i To aid in your review of the revised Program description in the FSAR,.
Section 17.2, we have enclosed a QA Program Change Summary List. This list Identifies the following for each change:
- 1) Page number, 2) Paragraph number, 3) Brief description, and 4) Type of change.
