CONFIRMATION'0F MEETING ARRANGEMENTS This confirms the telephone conversation between yourself and H. C. Dance of my staff, on September 30, 1987, concerning a management meeting to be held at the V. C. Summer facility on October 21, 1987 at 11:00 a.m.
This meeting will be open to the-public.
We requested this meeting to review the results of our Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance program for your V. C. Summer facility.
This program involves an appraisal of your regulatory performance by selected NRC managers.
Your regulatory performance was evaluated for the period January 1,1986 through July 31, 1987.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements, we will be pleased to discuss them.
