-4 ENCLOSURE 1 NOTICE OF DEVIATION Babcock and Wilcox.
Docket No.70-824 Lynchburg Research Center License No..SNM-778 Lynchburg, Virginia
.The following deviation. was identified during a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted on June 29 - July 1, 1987.
B&W LRC stated in a letter to the. USNRC Region II dated February '19,_1987 that fornelization of-the Radiation Protection Program would be completed in a six phase program, phase 1; to be completed by April 1,1987, 'and phase 2 to be completed by. June 15, 1987.
Contrary toL the above.. one completion date was not met in that while phase 1 was -completed in a -timely. manner, as of July 1,1987, phase 2 had not been completed.
