This request is made under the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U. S. C. 552.

Please provide me copies of any documents pertaining to NRC investi-gations into alleged drug activity at the San Onofre Nuclear Generat-ing Station in San Diego County, California.

I would like information pertaining to any drug-related activity which has been reported at the triple-reactor plant since the first San Onofre reactor, Unit 1, was commissioned in 1968.

I would like documents showing disposition of any such investigations, and any i

memorandums from NRC regional / national offelais recommending any charges in the wake of said investigations.

I would also like copies of any documents on file at the NRC which address an alleged cocaine problem among workers at the San Onofre I

I would like documents which evaluate the effectiveness of j

plant.

specifically, f

the accuracy of the plant's urinalysis tests.

As you know, the F01 Act provides that if portions of a document i

are exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and i

disclosed.

Therefore, I will ask that you make available to me all nonexempt portions of the records which I have requested, and l

ask that you justify any deletions by reference to s'pecific exemptions I

of the F01 Act.

I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any materials.
