As directed by the Licensing Board at the' hearings on September 15 and 16,'1987, Florida Power and Light Company hereby files the' enclosed " Licensee's Proposed Findings'of Fact and Conclusions of Law" in the Turkey Point spent fuel pool expansion proceeding.
Additionally, please find enclosed

a list of proposed corrections to the transcript for these hearings.
As requested by the Board, I am also enclosing a copy of-Licensee's proposed findings in the form of a floppy disk for use on the Board's computer.
According to your staff, this floppy disk should be compatible for use on your computer.
