Our review of the changes has found them to be consistent with the provisions

of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the-plan.
It has been determined that your submittal contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
It is therefore deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19.
