Dear Sir:

My letter of August 28, 1987 transmitted proposed changes to the Catawba Technical Specifications concerning the relocation of fire protection requirements.

l Included in the package as Attachment 3 was the proposed revision to the Catawba FSAR.

Incorporated into the proposed FSAR pages were procedures associated with each of the existing Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements.

One page of procedures asscciated with Technical Specification 3.7.13 - Standby Shutdown System, was inadvertently omitted.

Please find attached the previously missing list of procedures.

This letter is a supplement to a previously transmitted Technical Specification amendment. As such, no license fee is required to be submitted.

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), the appropriate South Carolina State Official is I

being provided a copy of the submittal.
