INSPECTION AT GA TECHNOLOGIES, INC. l This refers to a routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs. B. L. Brock and J. F. Pang of this office May 18-22. and June 24, 1987, of activities authorized by N O License No. SNM-696 and to the discussion of our findings held with you and members of the staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No violations were identified during this inspection.
