q retrieved and intatpreted data from.three data bases to provide pers tive on WNP-2's performance from February 1,1986 through May 31,1987:'( trend data for causes of ycrams ESF actuations and tech spec violations, (2) com-

plicated ew.nts from the Sequence Coding and-Search System (SCSS), and

'(3) component failures from the Nuclear Plant Reliability Data System (NPRDS).

4 Data from (1) and (2) are based on LERs; data from (3) 1.e., from NPRDS, are provided through INP0 and are proprietary. The results of our review ars provided in the attached encleAure.
