"Within 15 days following the completion of each inservice inspection of steam generator tubes, the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator shall be reported to the Commission in a Special Report pursuant to Specification 6.9.2."

The Third Steam Generator (S/G) Inservice Inspection was completed for S/G's 'A' and 'D' on 9/30/87 to meet the surveillance requirements j of T/S 3/4.4.5, " Steam Generators." The plant was in Mode 6 - Refueling i for Callaway Plant's Refuel-II outage. Eight tubes were plugged as a  !

result of the inspection and are identified below:
