Performance (SALP) for the River Bend Station for the period April 1,1987,

through September 30, 1988. This final report includes:

The corrected SALP board report (errata sheet enclosed to document the

basisforchanges).

A summary of our. January 11, 1989, meeting at River Bend Station.

3.

Your February 10, 1989, response to the SALP board report.

I consider the corrective actions discussed in the January 11, 1989, SALP

management meeting and in your February 10, 1989, written response to the SALP

board report to be responsive to NRC concerns and recommendations.
