ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT (TAC N0. 71051) a The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 28 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1, in response to your application dated October 13, 1988.
The amendment will revise the Technical Specifications to provide clarifying information for determining required inspection intervals and establishes criteria for snubbers that may be exempted from being counted as inoperable.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
