No. STN 50-470. When the new docket is created, we would request the Office of.
Secretary to implement your request. This should not prejudice the outcome of the on-going discussions of Combustion Engineering's position that the Design Certification review should be based on the FDA-2 findings and conducted in accordance with the Backfit Rule. We agree with you that creating a new docket for CESSAR-DC will facilitate recordkeeping and minimize confusion for both you and the staff.
