FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN REVISIONS General Electric Company hereby submits revisions to Chapters 2 and 5 (dated 02/24/89) to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for the fuel' fabrication facility intWilmington, North Carolina.
