Joseph H. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit 2 i Request for Relief From Certain Requirements l of 10CFR50.55a(g)

By letter dated August 31, 1988, the NRC approved updating the Inservice l Inspection (ISI) Program for Joseph H. Farley Nuclear Plant, Unit 2 to the J 1983 Edition through the Summer 1983 Addenda of the ASME Code,Section XI.

This letter also stated that these later Code requirements were to be implemented during the Unit 2 sixth refueling outage scheduled for March j 1989. The updated ISI Program was submitted to the NRC by letter dated l December 15, 1988.

As a part of the review process for granting specific relief requests, the l

NRC verbally requested a list of the ISI reliefs which vill be required for

! the Unit 2 sixth refueling outage. A list of these requests is included in l the attachment. If there are any questions, please advise.
