PROGRAM FOR RANCHO SECO, REVISION 2
- On' September 9,1987 Mr. M. Shanbhag of your QA staff met with Mr. W. Wagner of this off'ce in Region V to discuss our letter of July 31,1987 regarding Revision 1 of the Rancho Seco Quality Manual (RSQM).
This meating resulted in a satisfactory resolution to our' questions concerning Revision 1.
On September 18, 1987 you submitted Revision 2 of the RSQM which amended i
Revision 1 to incorporate provisions addressing our questions. We have reviewed the changes addressed in Revision 2 and find that it continues to I
meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B; therefore, the changes are acceptable.
If there are changes to other operative QA commitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the SAR QA program description, you are obligated to notify this office.
Implementing such changes should be based on 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3).
