Subject: Inspection Report No. 50-170/87-02
A routine safety inspection was conducted on June 1 - 5, 1987 of the Radio-
logical Controls Program conducted at the AFRRI reactor. Areas that were
reviewed included personnel radiation exposure control, posting and labeling,
instrument calibration, surveys, training, and exposure records.
Within the scope of the above review, one apparent violation of NRC require-
ments was identified. Details are included in enclosure Appendix A.

in Appendix A.
