Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I

Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the

inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative

records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

In addition, cur inspector examined those activities conducted under
your license relating to the subject covered in your letter to Mr. Hugh L.

Thompson, Jr., Director, Division of Licensing dated July 12, 1985 regarding

activities relating to steam generator tube integrity.
Your representative has
requested a meeting with our regional staff to discuss your position regarding
secondary water chemistry administrative limits as well as other activities
related to steam generator integrity. We request your licensing representative
to propose the meeting details and agenda at a time and location convenient to
your personnel.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
Your cooperation with us in this matter is appreciated.
